We wanted to try Kashmiri cuisine and reached Sarposh. The staff are very friendly and suggest food based on your preference. As we were vegetarians the options were very less but we enjoyed the food.
This was my first time trying Kashmiri food and it was pretty good, low on spices but still tasty. Would recommend trying the tea options to taste something new. The staff are very friendly and service is excellent, the ambience was spot on and looked really calm!! The price is quite expensive and it's definitely a must try place for both veg and non-vegetarians!!

The Wazwan trami, a traditional seven-course meat-based meal, is shared by up to four people on a large copper platter. It serves 4-6 individuals and includes drinks like Kong Kahwae, starters like Maaz Seekh Kabab and Tabak Maaz, mains such as Meith Maaz, Ristae, Rogan Josh, Marchewangan Kormeh, and Gushtabae Yakhein, rice known as Kong Batte, and Kong Firin for dessert.
Each dish was a delightful blend of aromatic spices and rich flavors, taking our taste buds on an exciting journey. For those unfamiliar with Kashmiri cuisine, we recommend arriving with an open mind to savor the diverse array of dishes this place offers.
